The focus of this powerful Detox is the cleansing of our lymphatic and digestive systems, the parts of our immune system that protect our bodies against invasions from bacteria, viruses, parasites, and fungus.
Each day of the Detox will begin with the ancient practice of “coconut oil pulling” a powerful method for cleansing the mouth, tongue and lymph glands in our throat. Three times a day, participants will ingest the Herbal Detox Tincture to further purify the lymphatic and digestive systems, while drinking one gallon of water to flush out the loosened germs, bacteria, toxins, and impurities from the body. Fresh fruit and vegetable salads, fresh juices and cabbage soup will be the only food ingested throughout the Detox allowing the body to rest, restore, and realign itself naturally.
Please note that the New Year 5-Day Detox is distinctly different from the Seasonal Cleanses offered by Entering the Holy of Holies, Inc., yet is equally so powerful. For this Detox, each participant is responsible for purchasing all the required items for the 5 days of the detox. Additionally, the 2-hour Zoom meetings scheduled before and after the 5-Day Detox are optional.
