Our Four Seasonal Cleanses

Join us for one or all four of our Seasonal Cleanses and experience a new YOU from the inside out. You will never be the same!

Every three months we honor the change of season and deepen our alignment to nature by celebrating the Spring/Fall Equinoxes and the Summer/Winter Solstices with a 9-Day Detoxification Cleanse.

The uniqueness of our Seasonal Cleanses is the Spirit, Mind, Body whole-body approach to clearing and releasing toxins from not only the physical body but also the emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies, as well.

This year we are offering 3 different Seasonal Cleanse Packages for you to choose from:

1.  Independent Cleanse
2.  Group/Community Cleanse
3.  Community Cleanse With One Wholistic Practitioner

Independent Package/$125

This package is for the individual who has participated in an ETHOH Seasonal Cleanse before and prefers to move at her/his own pace without the guidance of Reverend Nafisa Sharriff or the support of a group. Additionally, each participant will have the option to purchase a Private Session with one of the Wholistic Practitioners (below) and the Summer Solstice Cleanse Guidebook of Daily Affirmations and Reflections, if they choose. Each participant will receive the following which is included in the fee:

1. The 35-Page Handbook
2. The Cleanse Supply Bag

Community Package/$185

This package is for people who are participating in an ETHOH Seasonal Cleanse for the first time, or the individual who prefers to be in community with others throughout the entire 9-days of the Seasonal Cleanse. Each participant will receive/have access to:

1.  The Required 2 and 1/2 Hour Orientation
2.  Daily Emails To Support Their Healing Process
3.  The Seasonal Cleanse Prayer/WhatsApp/Text Groups
4.  Two Additional Community Zoom Meetings With Reverend Nafisa
5.  Videos of the Sun Salutation/Morning Declaration Prayer – both Standing and Chair

Community Package With One Wholistic Practitioner/$275
All the benefits of the Community Seasonal Cleanse Package (above) apply to this option with the addition of your choice of seeing one Holistic Practitioner:

Everything you need for a wonderful and successful Seasonal Cleanse will be beautifully packaged and sent to you (except food!) prior to the start of each Cleanse. Every Cleanse participant will receive a supply bag with a specific tincture for the season, a 10-day supply of herbs and nutrients to support the healing/elimination process, bath and beauty products for bathing and cleansing the body along with an extensive Handbook (all included in the fee) to guide them through every step of the Cleanse.

Each season, a 2 and 1/2-hour Orientation will be held via Zoom for the Community and Community With Practitioner participants to connect with the Cleanse community, declare their intention for the Cleanse through prayer and meditation, and take part in an Opening Ritual to clear their path for a wonderful, successful and enjoyable Cleanse. All participants will receive the Zoom link and Cleanse Handbook at 12noon, 1-hour prior to the start of each Orientation.
