Spring Equinox Cleanse: Celebrating the Birth of Spring and the Renewal of Life! Thursday, March 12th through Friday, March 20th. The required Orientation for participants in the Community Cleanse is Sunday, March 8, 2026, 1pm-3:30pm.
Join us for our Spring Equinox Cleanse and immerse yourself in 9 days of purification and transformation as you discover and discard physical, emotional, and spiritual energy that no longer serves you.
Throughout the Spring Equinox Cleanse we will purify our Heart/Fourth Chakra and the feelings of unworthiness, low self-esteem, and self-destructive behavior that keep us from experiencing the Pure Love, Light, Peace and Joy that we are.
The uniqueness of our Spring Equinox Cleanse is the Whole-Body approach to detoxifying and purifying not only our physical body but also our emotional and spiritual bodies, as well.
The Hallmark of all Entering the Holy of Holies’ Seasonal Cleanses is Meditation and Spiritual Tools For Transformation. Over the course of 9 days we will be eliminating our food intake until we are drinking only fresh fruit and vegetable juices, but the real transformation will take place at the Emotional/Spiritual level.

Independent Package/$125
This package is for the person who has participated in at least one Entering the Holy of Holies, Inc. Seasonal Cleanse before and prefers to move at her/his own pace without the guidance of Reverend Nafisa Sharriff or the support of a group. Additionally, each participant will have the option to purchase a Private Session with one of the Wholistic Practitioners and the Spring Equinox Cleanse Guidebook of Daily Affirmations and Reflections, if they choose. Each participant will receive the following which is included in the fee:
- The 35-Page Handbook
- The Cleanse Supply Bag
Community Package/$185
This package is for people who are participating in an Entering the Holy of Holies, Inc. Seasonal Cleanse for the first time, or the person who prefers to be in community with others throughout the entire 9-days of the Seasonal Cleanse. Each participant will receive/have access to:
- The Required 2 and a 1/2 Hour Orientation
- Daily Emails To Support Their Healing Process
- The Seasonal Cleanse Prayer, WhatsApp, and Text Groups
- Two Additional Community Zoom Meetings With Reverend Nafisa Sharriff
- Videos of the Sun Salutation/Morning Declaration Prayer – both Standing and Chair
Community Package With One Wholistic Practitioner/$275
All the benefits of the Community Seasonal Cleanse Package (above) apply to this option with the addition of your choice of seeing one Holistic Practitioner: Colon Hygienist, Herbalist, Nutritionist, Massage Therapist or Reiki Practitioner. (see below)
Everything you need for a wonderful and successful Spring Equinox Cleanse will be beautifully packaged and sent to you (except food!) prior to the orientation on Sunday, March 8, 2026. Each Supply Bag will contain a 1-ounce bottle of organic Hawthorn berries, leaves, and stems, a 10-day supply of time-released probiotic, a gentle herbal laxative, bath and beauty products for bathing and cleansing the body, White Mountain Sage, sand, and a smudge feather, along with an extensive 35-page Handbook (all included in the fee) to guide each participant through every step of the Cleanse. Additionally, each Community Cleanse participant will receive daily emails for encouragement and inspiration as well as directions on how to integrate the daily meditations and affirmations more deeply into their lives.

This season, a 2 and a 1/2-hour Orientation will be held via Zoom for the Community and the Community With Practitioner participants to connect with each other, declare their intention for the Cleanse through prayer and meditation, and take part in an Opening Ritual to clear their path for a wonderful, successful and enjoyable Cleanse. All participants will receive the Zoom link and Cleanse Handbook at 12noon, 1-hour prior to the start of the Orientation.
The Cleanse 9-Day Process
Every two days we will eliminate a different food group from our diet: meat, dairy, starches/carbohydrates, until we are drinking only fresh fruit juices and fresh vegetable juices. On the final day of the Cleanse we will drink only the Master Cleanse (alkaline water, cayenne pepper, lemon and grade B Maple Syrup) to flush the remaining toxins out of our bodies.
Our Daily Schedule Will Consist of the Following:
*organic blend of Hawthorne Tincture (3 times a day)
*1 time-released probiotic pill (morning)
*2 gentle herbal laxative pills (at night)
*meditation (live or online)
*Yoga/Sun Salutation Vidoes
*Relaxing Baths
