DESCRIPTION:Due to the coronavirus my Movement and Meditation African Dance Retreat at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Ranch in the Catskill Mountains has been re-designed and now will take place via Zoom!\nJoin me for two wonderful workshops on Saturday\, June 27th and Sunday\, June 28th. Both workshops are from 12:00pm – 1:30pm and cost $20 each. Simply select the link(s) below to register for one or both of my workshops.\n  \nMy Beloved\, we haven’t dance together since March and these two workshops will give us the perfect opportunity to dance\, laugh and have lots of fun together\, once again.\n  \nMark your calendar and join me on Saturday June 27th and/or Sunday\, June 28th for an afternoon of cultural Movement and gentle Meditation. Come stretch\, exercise\, dance and then unwind as you release stress in a gentle meditative cool-down at the end of this session.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSunday\, June 28th/12:00pm ~ 1:30pm/$20\n\n  \nIn this workshop we will review the Lamban dance steps from the first workshop and then continue to build on the the dance combination with new steps until we are dancing easily and freely!
