The more closed they are the more SICK we feel. \nIn this workshop you will learn where each chakra is located\, what colors they are\, which organ and emotion each chakra is associated with\, their connection to nature and most importantly\, how to activate them and bring them into balance both individually and collectively so you feel Healthy\, Happy and Free! \nTo activate the chakras\, we will immerse ourselves in Pranayama (ancient Hindu breathing techniques)\, Chanting and Meditating. \nA wonderful compliment to this workshop is “The Power of The Chakras Kit.” This kit includes a 64-Page Book\, 50 Wisdom Cards and a Chakra Wallchart.
