This Seasonal Cleanse is for the person who prefers to participate in the Seasonal Cleanse at his/her own pace.
Everything you need for a wonderful and successful Winter Solstice Cleanse will be beautifully packaged and sent to you (except food!) prior to the orientation on Sunday, December 7, 2025. Each Supply Bag will contain a tincture of organic Stinging Nettle, a 10-day supply of a time-released probiotic, a gentle herbal laxative, bath and beauty products for bathing and cleansing the body, White Mountain Sage, sand, and a smudge feather, along with an extensive 35-page Handbook (all included in the fee) to guide each participant through every step of the Cleanse. Please be certain to supply ETHOH with your most current and up-to-date mailing address and phone number.
In addition to the Cleanse Handbook, support material will be available for purchase to assist anyone participating in the Winter Solstice Cleanse who wishes to deepen their Cleanse experience.
This season a 2-hour Orientation will be held via Zoom for all participants to connect with the Winter Solstice Cleanse community, declare their intention through prayer and meditation, and take part in an Opening Ritual to clear their path for a wonderful, successful and enjoyable Cleanse. This season the Orientation is Sunday, December 7th, 1pm – 3pm.
To further support each participant’s healing process Private Wholistic Practitioners will be available (at an additional cost) to offer their healing services in Reiki, Meditation, Colon Hydrotherapy, Massage, Acupuncture, Nutrition and Herbal Consultations.
The Cleanse 9-Day Process
Every two days we will eliminate a different food group from our diet: meat, dairy, starches/carbohydrates and grain until we are drinking only fresh fruit juices and fresh vegetable juices. On the final day of the Cleanse we will drink only the Master Cleanse (Alkaline/Spring Water, Cayenne Pepper, Lemon, and Grade B Maple Syrup) to flush the remaining toxins out of our bodies.
