In a blink of an eye everything we once knew has changed. What was once normal and comfortable shifted and we all were left with the task of learning different ways to navigate this “new normal” while caring for ourselves, our families and our loved ones.
As the global coronavirus pandemic continues to unfold and transform our lives we warmly invite you to join us for our Summer Solstice Cleanse, From Fear to Freedom: Focusing On Self Care While Navigating the New Normal, a 9-day detox to physically cleanse our kidneys while emotionally releasing the fears, loneliness and helplessness that can arise from stay-at-home orders and being quarantined.
The uniqueness of our Summer Solstice Cleanse is the mind, body, spirit whole-body approach to detoxifying and purifying not only our physical bodies but also our emotional and spiritual bodies, as well. Throughout the Cleanse we will be focusing on strengthening our immune systems, while fortifying ourselves, our families and our communities for the future.
The Summer Solstice Cleanse will begin on Thursday, June 11th and end on Friday, June 19th. The required online orientation will take place via Zoom on Sunday, June 7th from 1pm – 5pm.
All registered Cleanse participants must download the Zoom App onto their phones, computers or devices in order to receive the Zoom link and password and join the Cleanse Orientation Video Conference Call.
Throughout the 9 days of the Cleanse we gradually will reduce our solid food intake until we are drinking only fresh fruit juices and fresh vegetable juices. On the final day of the Cleanse we will drink only the Master Cleanse (alkaline water, cayenne pepper, lemon and Maple Syrup) to flush the remaining toxins out of our bodies.
Every morning you will receive an email for encouragement and inspiration as well as practical ways to integrate the daily meditations and affirmations more deeply into your life.
Our Daily Schedule Will Consist of the Following:
– organic nettle tincture (3 times a day)
– 1 probiotics pill (morning)
– 2 gentle herbal laxative pills (at night)
– meditation (live or online)
– yoga (online)
– relaxing baths (optional)
– journaling
Everything you need for a wonderful and successful Summer Solstice Cleanse will be beautifully packaged and sent to you (except food!) prior to the required orientation on Sunday, June 7th.

All Cleanse participants must be 18 years old, or older.
Registration for the Cleanse will close on Sunday, May 24, 2020 at 8pm.
Payments made for the Cleanse are Non-Refundable after Sunday, May 24, 2020.
Participants must attend the orientation on Sunday, June 7th from 1-5pm via Zoom.
