Over the course of 9 days we will be eliminating our food intake until we are drinking only fresh fruit and vegetable juices, but the real transformation will take place at the emotional/Spiritual level.

Independent Package/$125
This option is for the individual who prefers to participate in the Seasonal Cleanse on his/her own and to move at their own pace without the guidance of Reverend Nafisa or a group.
Community Package/$175
This option is for the individual who prefers to be in community with others throughout the entire 9-days of the Seasonal Cleanse. The benefits/requirements of the Community Cleanse Package are:
- Required Attendance To the 4-Hour Orientation
- Receive Daily Emails To Support Your Healing Process
- Access to the Seasonal Cleanse Prayer/WhatsApp/Text Groups
- Two Additional Community Zoom Meetings With Reverend Nafisa
Community Package With One Wholistic Practitioner/$250
All the benefits of the Community Seasonal Cleanse (above) apply to this option with the addition of your choice of seeing one Holistic Practitioner: Colon Hygienist, Herbologist, Nutritionist, Massage/Physical Therapist or Reiki Practitioner.
The Cleanse 9-Day Process
Every two days we will eliminate a different food group from our diet: meat, dairy, starches/carbohydrates, until we are drinking only fresh fruit juices and fresh vegetable juices. On the final day of the Cleanse we will drink only the Master Cleanse (alkaline water, cayenne pepper, lemon, and grade B Maple Syrup) to flush the remaining toxins out of our bodies.
Our Daily Schedule Will Consist of the Following:
– organic blend of Black Walnut and Sweet Wormwood tincture (3 times a day)
– 1 time-released probiotic pill (morning)
– 2 gentle herbal laxative pills (at night)
– meditation (live or online)
– yoga (online)
– relaxing baths
– journaling
Everything you need for a wonderful and successful Fall Equinox Cleanse will be beautifully packaged and sent to you (except food!) prior to the required orientation on Sunday, September 3rd. Please be certain to supply ETHOH with your most current and up-to-date mailing address and phone number.
Each Supply Bag will contain a tincture of organic Black Walnut and Sweet Wormwood, a 10-day supply of a time-released probiotic, a gentle herbal laxative, bath and beauty products for bathing and cleansing the body, White Mountain Sage, sand, and a smudge feather, along with an extensive 35-page Handbook (all included in the fee) to guide each participant through every step of the Cleanse. Additionally, each Community Cleanse participant will receive daily emails for encouragement and inspiration as well as direction on how to integrate the daily meditations and affirmations more deeply into their lives.
The Fall Equinox Cleanse will take place virtually. All Community Cleanse Participants are asked to download the Zoom App (zoom.us) onto their computer, phone, or electronic device in order to receive the Zoom link and password and join the Cleanse orientation conference call on Sunday, September 3rd at 1pm. To further support the participant’s healing process two additional Zoom Conference Calls have been scheduled during the Cleanse:
- Monday, September 18th/7pm – 9pm/Zoom Check-In Conference Call (optional)
- Saturday, September 23rd/7pm – 9pm/ Zoom Follow-Up Conference Call (optional)

Important Fall Equinox Cleanse Information
All Cleanse participants must be at least 18 years old.
Registration for the Cleanse will close on Friday, August 25th at 5pm.
Payments made for the Cleanse are non-refundable after Friday, August 25, 2023.
All participants (Except Independent Cleansers) must attend the Zoom orientation on Sunday, September 3rd from 1pm – 5pm.
